All products are sold on a self-serve basis. Pricing is clearly displayed on each product's website before purchase. We offer freemium tiers, monthly and annual subscription plans, and usage-based credit packs. No purchase is required to try our products. You will never be charged without explicit confirmation at checkout.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a paid subscription or credit pack, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 days, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Credit packs that have been fully consumed are not eligible for refund. Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions at our discretion.
To request a refund, email hello@orangefoxventures.com with your account email and the charge you'd like refunded. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@orangefoxventures.com.
Upon cancellation:
Downgrading to a free tier is always available and does not require cancellation of your account.
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of billing disputes directly and quickly.
To raise a dispute:
If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you retain the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer or payment provider.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for all products. In the event of extended downtime or service degradation directly caused by our infrastructure (excluding third-party provider failures), affected customers may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit. Contact us to request a review.
